David Frank: has spent 15 years in the financial services industry with Stifel Nicholaus, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, Advanced Equities.

Roy Lessard: has spent 30 years in the financial services industry with Paine Webber and as the founder of investment banking firm Flemming and Lessard.  

Other affiliations: we work with and partner with a variety of other investment banking firms.
